Owner Portal for HOA Fees

In January, 2022, an email was sent to each Mesa Village Owner from Property Management of Texas requesting that you set up your Owner Access Portal.

The portal will ask you to set a password, then it will return you to a login screen. Use your email address on file with Property Management of Texas and the password you just created.
We can now manage our HOA payments through this portal. This option charges a $2.95 ach fee when making payments with a bank account.
